• Attract exceptional talent across every part of the business – engineering, operations, product, people. Find the game-changers.
• Build world-class interview processes – Hire people who raise the bar with every addition.
• Be the first filter for brilliance – Screen applications and set the standard. Your judgment matters.
• Own the system – Keep your ATS clean, schedules tight and processes smooth.
• Shape how we show up – Drive employer branding, candidate experience and hiring events.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience recruiting in-house
• Confident sourcing across various functions and building strong pipelines
• Experience providing world-class stakeholder experience, partnering with them using a commercial mindset.
• Someone who consistently drives SLAs such as 24/48 candidate feedback
• Attention to detail with clear understanding of hiring workflow and processes to follow
• An appetite for curiosity, growth and openness to feedback
