  • Attract exceptional talent across every part of the business – engineering, operations, product, people. Find the game-changers.

  • Own the system – Keep your ATS clean, schedules tight and processes smooth.

  • Experience recruiting in-house
  • Confident sourcing across various functions and building strong pipelines
  • Experience providing world-class stakeholder experience, partnering with them using a commercial mindset.
  • Someone who consistently drives SLAs such as 24/48 candidate feedback
  • Attention to detail with clear understanding of hiring workflow and processes to follow
  • An appetite for curiosity, growth and openness to feedback
