Qualifications

• Health, Safety and Wellbeing Qualifications – attained or working towards NEBOSH Diploma.
• Demonstrate commitment to continual learning and application of expertise.
• Experience of construction and civils projects.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Rail HS&W Strategy and Zero Harm Action Plan.
• Investigate accidents and incidents in accordance with group standards.
• Produce formal reports on HS&W inspections to review project performance.

Skills

Ability to influence and promote a positive safety culture

Competence in incident & accident investigation

Ability to engage and converse at all levels

Education

Health, Safety and Wellbeing Qualifications (NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ, NVQ Level 6)
