Role and Responsibilities

• Take ownership of our Custom Services Portfolio with full accountability for revenue performance, pipeline development and long-term service-line growth.
• Ensure specialist service offerings meet customer and market needs, uphold high scientific and quality standards, and align with the overall vision and strategy.
• Enable biopharma and academic partners worldwide to accelerate discovery by combining bit.bio Discovery capabilities with bit.bio’s ioCells.
• Work cross-functionally with commercial, scientific, and operational teams, as well as external stakeholders globally, to drive the effective execution of our strategy and deliver measurable commercial impact.
