• Proven experience managing warehouse/hub operations within wholesale, distribution or logistics environments.
• Strong working knowledge of pick/pack/despatch, goods-in/out and returns processes.
• Experience coordinating with transport/final-mile delivery to meet customer and branch service levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, on-time fulfilment and dispatch of orders.
• Manage daily hub operations including workload planning.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse teams to drive productivity.
