• Previous experience handling 1st party motor claims, particularly within fraud and claims investigation.
• Understanding of motor insurance policy wording, indemnity principles, and fraud typologies.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of motor fraud files.
• Making decisions on handling strategy, including repudiating and investigating.
• Liaising with third-party solicitors and insurers.
