• Assess trainee progress through evaluations.
• Monitor trainee development and provide feedback.

Skills

Supervisory experience in a technical or engineering setting

Knowledge of power generation and distribution systems

Experience with electromechanical equipment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Education
