Support our dialysis customers by performing on-site servicing and repairs at both medical sites and patient homes.

• Job Title: Field Service Engineer
• Department: Renal, Technical Services
• Location: Field Based, South England
• Working Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday
• Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Servicing and repairing dialysis machinery
• Adhering to company standard operating procedures
• Creating reports on all work carried out
• Liaising with the scheduling team when required
• Ordering stock items when necessary
• Building strong relationships with regular customers

Requirements:

• A successful track record of electrical repair and servicing
• Experience working with medical devices isn’t required but would be advantageous
• Qualified to HNC (Level 4) or equivalent in Engineering
• A proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving
• Flexibility and the ability to work autonomously
• Confidence liaising with customers of all levels
• A UK driving licence
