Overview

Apprentice Warehouse Operative • 📍 Letchworth. This role will be based at our Letchworth distribution facility where you may work shift patterns, so you will need to be able to travel to site.

To get on this prestigious apprenticeship programme we require 4’s or C’s in your GCSE English and Maths. Please include your certificates in your application.

What You’ll Be Up To

• You will learn how to manage inbound and outbound deliveries of key equipment for our engineering teams.
• You will inspect deliveries to ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Report any product discrepancies as part of your role.
• You will learn how to manage stock levels and oversee inventory of existing products.
• Training will be provided on how to use our stock management system to monitor stock levels.
• You will use forklifts to store incoming deliveries.
• Your tasks will also include outbound order picking, selecting products from stock, and ensuring all products are included in orders.
• Finally, you will create shipping labels and send order confirmations to customers.
