Regional Operations Manager (Regulated Care)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an outstanding Regional Operations Manager to lead our regulated care services and drive operational success.

You will hold CQC registration for the Live-in Care (LIC) service within your region while managing Visiting Care (VC) services, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and service excellence.   1. Leading & Inspiring – Motivate and develop high-performing teams, ensuring exceptional care delivery.

  3. Client-Centric Focus – Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and rapid resolution of concerns.
  4. Strategic Growth – Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to expand our services and market presence.
  5. Regulatory & Compliance Leadership – Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies, maintaining high service standards.
