Qualifications

• Wide experience of Civil Engineering.
• CSCS Card required.
• Experience with NEC3 or NEC4 Option B necessary.
• Experience with NEC3 or NEC4 Options A, C and D desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and report on commercial aspects of projects.
• Ensure external valuations are submitted on time.
• Assist with monthly CVR reports.
• Administer contract conditions and prepare contractual notices.
• Maximize entitlement regarding project Compensation Events.

Ability to use a range of IT packages, Microsoft Office and bespoke packages

Exceptional relationship building skills

Self-motivated and proactive Commercial awareness

Negotiation skills

Good organisational skills

Highly numerate

Education

Degree in Building Surveying or similar technical qualification (HND HNC)

Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Membership
