Job description

We're looking for a Senior Digital Construction Coordinatorto join our Digital Construction team based in Essex.

Location: Witham, Essex.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Digital Construction Coordinator you'll be working within the Digital Construction team,supporting them in project delivery from inception to in use. The Senior Digital Construction Co-ordinator will be aware of the information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry / Kier standards and helping to deliver againstclient requirements.

Your day to day will include:

• Liaising with the information management team to ensure the use of the common data environment (CDE) is set-up, adhering to ISO 19650
• Contributing content towards the production of monthly reports to identify and measure digital implementation and maturity within the business unit and across relevant projects
• Contributing to the BIM Execution Plan and other documents that are produced for the project(s)
• Ensuring the distribution and collation of external supply chain capabilities assessments for relevantproject(s)
• Being responsible for raising awareness and the profile of digital implementation within the business unit/ project functional departments including business development, work winning, estimating, design management, building services, commercial, planning, operational and SHEQ driving our culturaland behavioural change to a digital first mentality

This role of Senior Digital Construction Coordinator is great for you if you are:

• A very good communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships, internally and with the supply chain
• Enthusiastic and keen to use new technologies to improve traditional ways of working and are innovative by sharing ideas and challenging standard practices
• Able to discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie tosupport information interoperability and have good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents
