Job summary

A leading retail group in Redditch is seeking an LMS Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will lead the digital learning strategy and manage the Learning Management System (LMS). Candidates must have experience with Cornerstone LMS, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 plus a car allowance, and hybrid working opportunities with 2 days a week at the Support Centre.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a Cornerstone LMS platform.
  • Strong understanding of digital learning principles and SCORM/xAPI standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the digital learning strategy across the Halfords Group.
  • Drive impactful, innovative learning solutions.
  • Manage user access and troubleshoot queries on the LMS.
  • Execute the digital learning strategy by maintaining high-quality learning content.
  • Monitor and optimise learning pathways.
