A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join their mental health team at HMP Five Wells. This role involves providing clinical care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and leading service development. We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our integrated Mental Health team at HMP Five Wells. HMP Five Wells is a category C resettlement prison based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, and houses around 1,687 patients. Within this role you will be working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and will be supported by a second Psychiatrist who is also our national psychiatry lead.
4 days / 8 sessions per week between Monday to Friday. This role can be offered as a job share, or if you are looking for full time it can be worked across HMP Five Wells and HMP Gartree or HMP Stocken.
You will receive an annual salary up to £196,736 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks
