We are seeking an experienced Construction lawyer at the Associate,Senior Associate, or Director level with a solid background acrosseither the contentious or non-contentious aspects of Construction& Engineering law - or a mixture of both - to join our successfulteam in Birmingham.

Our Team
As you would expect from a firm of our profile and size, the membersof our global Construction & Engineering practice are leaders intheir field, operating across a range of jurisdictions. From a UKperspective, we advise our clients on all aspects of theirconstruction and engineering projects, from project inception,procurement through to execution, and finding solutions to issuesarising resolution of any disputes when projects do not go to plan.
The team advises on all standard forms of UK contracts including thewell-used NEC4 and JCT, Model Forms of contract as well asinternational forms such as FIDIC, IChemE, and bespoke turnkey contracts.
All forms of dispute resolution are undertaken by the team includinglitigation, arbitration (including international arbitration), disputeboards and adjudication as well as all forms of ADR.
Providing our clients with top rate service comes natural to us andyou will be integral to the continuing provision of client serviceexcellence. We are looking for qualified lawyers (4+ PQE) with a strong trackrecord in Construction & Engineering law and the drive and abilityto deliver high-quality work.
You will be a committed individual, with the ability and enthusiasmto take initiative, and to build long-lasting relationships withclients, potential clients and advisers. You will be coming from awell-recognised practice, and will thrive in a collaborative team environment.
There will be opportunities to work on a diverse workload in a rangeof different sectors - for example engineering plant (e.g energy &power), process plant in manufacturing and the built infrastructureenvironment, a combination of contentious and non-contentious matters,or to work on a range of different infrastructure projects.
