Where required, you will provide support to the administrator and management team, supporting effective and confidential record keeping in the home.

About you

We are looking for a Concierge with strong communication skills. You will have previous experience as a receptionist, and a proficient knowledge of IT. Our concierges play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive reputation of the home in the local community so you will be driven to meeting and delivering a high-standard of service.
