Qualifications

  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Completed a postgraduate diploma, masters, or equivalent in clinical pharmacy.
  • Experience in a hospital pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality, patient-focused, clinical pharmacy services across specialties.
  • Deliver medicines management and evidence-based advice to patients.
  • Assist in quality and governance of pharmacy services on campus.
  • Engage in continuous service improvement and audit monitoring.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement Projects and provide mentorship.

Skills

Registered with the GPhC
Experience working within a hospital pharmacy setting

Education
