  • Analyse vehicle behaviour and system performance across off‑road and dynamic driving conditions
  • Manage driving permits and coordinate test activities with proving grounds and development fleets
  • Support fault diagnosis and resolution during integration and validation phases
  • Write, manage, and trace system and software requirements for off‑road and driver mode functionalities
  • Develop and maintain Simulink models for chassis control algorithms (e.g., torque distribution, brake blending, traction control)
  • Implement software bug fixes and support release readiness for production and prototype builds
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including vehicle dynamics, software architecture, and HMI development
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE)
Key Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Strong experience in chassis systems, vehicle dynamics, or embedded software integration

  • Proficiency in Simulink/Stateflow for control system modelling and validation
  • Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay)
  • Experience in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion)
  • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for vehicle testing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in control systems or vehicle dynamics
  • Experience with off‑road systems, terrain response, or adaptive chassis technologies
  • Knowledge of safety‑critical development standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE)
