Qualifications

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• SIA CCTV license and preferably DS/SG license required.
• Knowledge of proper incident escalation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Proactively operate the CCTV system to ensure safety.
• Follow escalation processes for incidents and maintain logs.
• Document complaints and incidents accurately and professionally.
