Overview

Provn are proud to be partnered with a specialist consultancy supporting clients across the Asset & Wealth Management sector as they look for a Business Analyst to join a London-based transformation programme.

Our client is working with a well-established wealth management organisation serving high-net-worth individuals. The business is embarking on a digitally enabled, future-facing operating model transformation as part of a broader multi-year roadmap.

This role sits within an active transformation environment and requires a hands-on Business Analyst capable of leading end-to-end workflow mapping, facilitating workshops, and identifying optimisation opportunities across processes and systems.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a regulated wealth management environment and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders while maintaining strong process discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workflow and process mapping
• Develop BPMN models and swim lane diagrams
• Produce process documentation using Visio or Lucid
• Map data flows across processes and systems
• Facilitate workshops with operational and data teams
• Identify risks, controls, and optimisation opportunities
• Challenge scope where appropriate and drive process improvement
• Support delivery within a broader transformation roadmap

Role Requirements

• Proven Business Analyst experience within Asset or Wealth Management
• Strong BPMN modelling capability
• Experience producing swim lane diagrams and end-to-end process maps
• Confident facilitating workshops across business and data teams
• Understanding of data flows and process-to-system interaction
• Exposure to data modelling
• Experience identifying risks and control frameworks
• Comfortable working alongside larger consultancies where required
• Camunda experience preferred (Appian or Pega acceptable)
• The ideal candidate combines consultancy polish with pragmatic, delivery-focused execution.
