Job Description: In Real Estate Tax we provide tax structuring, tax compliance and tax due diligence advice to real estate funds, global institutional investors, REITs, private investors and the public sector across UK and pan-European real estate, covering commercial, office, student housing, industrial logistics, retail and hotels. We’re open to flexible working arrangements and reduced hours or job shares where possible.

Responsibilities
  • Be part of a high-performing team with long tenure within the firm and the sector, offering opportunities to work with high-profile clients and on challenging projects.
  • Work with major market names on multi-jurisdictional transactions across real estate and infrastructure (current transactions in the £60m, £250m, £500m ranges; recent deals over £1bn). The growing number of large clients provides opportunities for rapid promotion.
  • Own your work – you’ll lead from the front in dealing with clients, delivering work and engaging with the Real Estate and broader Tax teams, supported by a team of capable tax colleagues.
Qualifications
  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or equivalent qualification
  • UK Tax experience

Preferably, experience in the UK Corporate Tax market and the following skills:

  • Participate in business development initiatives and proposal activity
  • Tax compliance – advising clients about ongoing tax requirements
