This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role, influence whole school strategy and drive inclusive education across the school, raising standards of student attainment and achievement for our SEND and other vulnerable students. This role will also be the named SENDCO.You will lead all our inclusion work to ensure appropriate provision is in place for all students with SEND and other vulnerabilities. A key task of this role is to ensure that our inclusive provision is both efficiently and effectively managed, with all legal and statutory requirements met for students with SEND.This is an exciting and varied role, working with staff and students daily, so excellent communication skills are required.
