  • Base salary range: $83,212 – $92,231 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

Development and Alumni Relations [DAR] oversees the University’s alumni, philanthropic and community strategies. The function works collaboratively across the University to embed philanthropic and engagement activity into the University’s operations. The core responsibility of the team is to lead and build on the University’s alumni, donor and community relations to advance the University goals.

About the opportunity

  • Support UWA’s alumni engagement goals by fostering strong graduate relationships.
  • Assist with project management of alumni events and communications to boost participation.
  • Manage CRM data, coordinate stakeholders, and handle event logistics.

About you

  • Completion of relevant degree qualification or relevant work-related experience.
  • Substantial relevant experience at an appropriate level.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and the ability to support senior staff and other members of the alumni team.
  • Proven ability to build lasting business relationships, provide excellent client service and work effectively with people, including key contacts and volunteers.
  • Highly developed management and organisational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
