A prominent housing association in England is seeking an Adaptations and Customer Alterations Surveyor to lead its adaptations and customer alterations service. The role involves managing projects, working directly with customers, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and overseeing contractors to meet customer needs. We’re looking for an Adaptations & Customer Alterations Surveyor to lead our adaptations and customer alterations service. You’ll manage projects and contracts, approvals, and work directly with customers to ensure our homes meet their needs, enabling independence and supporting families to thrive.
