The Head of Corporate Brand & Reputation is the guardian and architect of the Sanofi corporate brand, visual identity, tone of voice and reputation.
The objective is to increase the impact of our brand over time, while championing its role as a key driver of the wider organization’s business performance.
This position is based in Gentilly, France, and reports to the Head of Brand & Content.
Main responsibilities:
Design and implement Sanofi’s Global Brand strategic roadmap.
Strategically manage the Brand management and ensure its evolution in line with the company’s strategy.
Pilot day-to-day brand management via team members.
Manage brand measurement and reputation:
Run bi-annual reputation survey generating insights feeding Brand and Content overall strategy.
Measure quality of brand application and understanding of the guidelines.
Evaluate progress through corporate brand and purpose-related questions.
Identify actions and programs to strengthen Corporate Brand and image.
Team management and development:
Manage 2 team members (lead designer and brand & image manager).
About you
Experience:
10+ years in communications, corporate brand management or corporate reputation/image.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical, vaccines and healthcare industries.
Direct line management experience.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
Strong communication skills and track record of effective presentations.
Strong project and process management skills.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written skills.
Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
Demonstrated knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biotechnology regulatory environment.
Experience working at a top tier brand, brand agency, or advertising agency.
Soft and technical skills:
Comfortable leading complex projects/programs across a global matrix organization.
Proven team player with ability to navigate cross-functionally.
Demonstrated analytical skills.
Passionate and confident in team environment.
Experience in leading direct line managed and extended/working teams.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Marketing
Languages: English fluency is required; French fluency is preferred.
