Product Manager, SmartSolve eQMS
Location: Spain, fully remote
The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the software development lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product scope, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, training, documentation, services, and support to ensure successful product deliveries and customer satisfaction. This role is customer facing. The Product Manager will evaluate customer, industry, competitor, and input from internal personnel to determine requirements for product enhancements, new products, and third-party product integration. They will establish the overall product feature list, document product requirements, and communicate product requirements to engineering. They will liaison with regulatory experts to ensure all regulatory requirements are planned and met. They will understand requirements of specific vertical markets (Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Blood Services), horizontal markets (high end, mid-market, low end users), and they will have knowledge of QMS modules. They will participate and assist with writing business plans and roadmap planning, and they should ensure that delivered products support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
