Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field, in process or completed.
  • 1+ years of administrative or back office experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

What’s the opportunity?
  • We are looking for an Operation Support Associate to join the Payins team. The ideal candidate will join a team that takes responsibility for executing daily operational tasks and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. This role focuses on the efficient execution of assigned tasks.
What will you be doing?
  • Completing the payments received in different countries where the company has a presence ensures the correct flow of operations in the company.
  • Performing daily routines that include Processing and ensuring the corresponding manual paying within the established deadlines, analyzing reports and processor performances, getting to know the Convergence Rate and correct flow of the merchants, and contacting Operations, IT, and Incident Management to solve possible technical problems.
  • Identifying and reporting issues and follow-up corrective actions to resolve differences and deficiencies.
  • Managing tight SLAs and prioritizing workload according to urgency.
  • Working closely with other departments of the company.
  • Answering with an analysis of claims from merchants or end users.
  • Working with APAC & EMEA countries.
What skills do I need?
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or any related field (in process or completed).
  • 1+ years of administrative or back office experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong Excel skills, ability to handle large amounts of data and to create reports.
  • High attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, Systematic and well-organized.
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and resolutive.
