About The Role
As part of our global operations, our Customer Care team is the frontline of exceptional service, ensuring that customers across the world receive our products on time, every time. We're now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Care Representative to join our team in Tarragona, Spain.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the key link between our customers, sales team, production sites, and logistics partners. You will oversee end-to-end order processing, manage inquiries and claims, and help maintain efficient inventory flow to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
Order Management: Process customer orders and oversee delivery timelines to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
Logistics Coordination: Support global transportation planning, including import/export documentation and tracking.
Invoicing & Documentation: Handle invoicing and ensure all ERP data and shipping paperwork is accurate and complete.
Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with warehouses and supply planning to manage stock levels, transfers, and shelf-life monitoring.
Customer Support: Act as the primary contact for customers and internal sales teams for order-related inquiries and support.
Raw Material Planning: Assist with the planning and handling of raw material orders for encapsulation processes.
Complaint Handling: Manage customer claims and contribute to root cause resolution and service recovery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
Project Support: Participate in strategic departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Collaboration: Provide backup support to team members and contribute to the overall success of the Customer Care department.
