If you are a Construction Project or Cost Manager in the early stage of your career, and you are passionate about sport and/or live music, then this role could be for you! You will be working as part of our team of construction project managers, who are leading the development of stadiums and arenas across Spain and Portugal. You will be supporting project leaders on a day to day basis across several projects, making sure that we deliver projects on time and budget for our clients.

• To support senior members of staff in managing construction projects, including contract administration, keeping cost schedules up to date, preparing Project Execution Plans, preparing programs, preparing risk registers, administering change control processes, taking minutes of meetings, arranging meetings, and chasing up actions.
• To manage all aspects of smaller construction projects or parts of projects allocated to you and keep senior members of staff appraised of progress and issues.

• University degree in a construction related discipline or 2+ years’ experience working in a construction consultancy business.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Knowledge of a third language (i.e.: Portuguese) is highly desirable.
