For our headquarters in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, we are excited to welcome you on board as:

(Junior) Product Onboarding & Content Specialist (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for onboarding, activating new items and enriching the content of existing products in line with home24’s standards and guidelines. This role will ensure that our product data is accurate, compliant, and effectively communicates to our customers. #weputcustomersfirst

• Manage the operational onboarding of products by gathering product details (for example dimensions, features) from the supplier, naming products, assigning them to the correct category, and requesting creation of product images
• Act as the point of contact for suppliers regarding the onboarding and content enrichment process
• Upload and manage the product data in Hybris, ensuring data completeness and accuracy by making sure all product information is complete and correct for all assigned items
• Review and edit product data to ensure it meets content standards and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with other departments such as Purchasing, CGI, and PS to acquire missing product data or content
• Identify potential improvements in the product onboarding process, tools, and product data structure

• Strong ability to work with data structures
• Experience with Hybris or other product data management tools
• Proficient in IT and MS Office, with experience in Google Workspace
• Experience with Jira Cloud
• Strong organizational and self-management skills
• Ownership and proactive approach to tasks
• Ensures high product data quality, completeness, and accuracy
• Fluent in English and German, including grammar
