A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Director of Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics in ULM, Germany. The successful candidate will drive workforce planning processes and analytics across the organization, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. Candidates should have a strong HR leadership background, experience in predictive analytics, and proficiency in HR management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

This is a role inside multifaceted center of excellence, which is instrumental to the execution of our strategic roadmap and is setting up to build and accelerate two core capabilities: Strategic Workforce Planning and People Analytics.
This role is for a Director of Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics (SWP & A) who will be a vital partner and consultant within the global organization. The Director will be responsible for driving workforce planning and reporting processes to ensure client units have the appropriate size, shape, talent, skills, and capabilities to meet both current and future business needs.
