Your profile

• 3 years+ experience in controlling - ideally in a production company
• AdvancedGerman and English language abilities - both spoken and written
• Excellent command of office software(especially MS Excel); proficiency withSAP R/3, SAPS/4HANA, LucaNet, PowerBI is a plus
• intercultural sensitivity, ability to cooperate as a team player
• Self motivated and proactive working style
• High level of patience and perseverance
• Analytical andconceptual thinking ability

Main responsibilities

• Holding company controlling fornational and international subsidiaries of the group (production sites)
• Creation and implementation of budget plans and forecast planning; coordinating financial updates to be shared within the organization
• Reporting of consolidated budget and forecast to the headquarter in Japan
• Financial analyses of KPIs such as for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
• Deviation / cost analysis;profitability, costs and risk management
• Controlling and preparingproduct, process and market calculations / evaluations
• Project work
