Do you enjoy solving challenges, creating memorable travel experiences, and working in both French and English?

If so, this is your chance to bring your skills to a global concierge leader trusted by high-profile clients around the world.

This isn’t an entry-level role. We’re looking for proven travel experts who can handle complex itineraries, manage last-minute changes with confidence, and deliver the level of service that truly sets us apart.

$26/hour starting pay. Permanent, full-time remote role (40 hours/week). Comprehensive benefits after 30 days: health, dental, vision, RRSP match, paid time off. Career growth with a company that promotes from within. Paid training designed to strengthen your expertise and set you up for success.

What you’ll do:
  • Book and manage customized travel for flights, hotels, and car rentals using GDS systems
  • Support members with cancellations, re-bookings, and unexpected travel disruptions
  • Deliver polished, professional service via phone, email, and chat
  • Guide members on how to get the most from their exclusive travel benefits
What we’re looking for:
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) — a brief language test will be required
  • TICO certified required
  • GDS experience required (i.e. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar)
  • At least 2 years of travel, airline, or hospitality experience
  • Strong customer service or call center background (minimum 1 year)
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operation (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Strong geographical knowledge and genuine passion for travel
  • Professional communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A private, dedicated home office with wired high-speed internet (WIFI, Satellite not acceptable)

Ready to elevate your travel career? This is your opportunity to combine your bilingual skills, industry certification, and travel expertise into a rewarding role that truly values your professionalism. Apply today — and bring your expertise to a team where excellence is the standard.

Aspire Lifestyles is committed to ensuring accessibility for all persons with a disability and to providing excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
