Senior Product Manager – 13692
Job summary
A consulting firm is seeking a Senior Product Manager with over 10 years in product management and at least 3 years in a senior role. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in developing product strategies and leading cross-functional teams. Familiarity with cloud technologies and experience with UX design principles will be crucial. This is a hybrid role requiring occasional onsite meetings in Southbank. Competitive salary offered.

- You should have 10 years of strong Product Management skills, with at least 3 years working in a senior product role
- Proven track record of developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth
- 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring high performing teams to achieve individual and team goals
- Experience working across a minimum of 2 software or product led organisations, launching and growing multiple products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members
- Strong analytical skills to collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform product decisions
- Capable of prioritising features, requirements, and tasks based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Driving force behind building and executing a product roadmap and strategy that aligns with customer needs and company goals
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success
- Flexible to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills to overcome technical, business, and customer challenges
- Ability to craft compelling stories to communicate product vision, value, and benefits to various stakeholders at different levels
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS
- Familiarity with UX design principles and human‑centred design methodologies
- Extensive experience in a Senior Product Role, leading multiple products and product teams across at least two product led / SaaS organisations
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and mentoring product managers
- A track record of successfully launching products
- A demonstrable experience with market research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis
