Marketing & Business Development Lead – Legal Sector

A key role driving marketing, communications, and business development strategy in a fast-growing Legal center. Working closely with the Executive Director and a small, collaborative team, you will shape market positioning, increase stakeholder engagement, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, including digital presence, branding, content, and PR.
  • Strengthen industry positioning through rankings, reports, and thought leadership.
  • Engage key stakeholders, including law firms, corporate legal teams, and government entities.
  • Drive adoption of arbitration clauses to support long-term revenue growth.
  • Lead marketing efforts for major industry conferences and events.
  • Manage communications across multiple channels, including social media, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Work with external agencies to refine messaging and branding.
  • Support leadership in professionalizing marketing efforts.

Person Profile:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, strategy, communications, or business development, ideally in professional services or legal sectors.
  • Strategic & hands-on, able to set high-level direction and execute independently.
  • Proactive & accountable, taking full ownership of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborative & adaptable, thriving in an entrepreneurial team environment.
  • Strong communicator, skilled in crafting compelling messaging.
  • Arabic-speaking (preferred) due to the regional focus.
