Management Accountant

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operational finance, preferably in Energy or Construction.
- Chartered Accounting qualification required (CIMA, ACCA, CMA, ICAEW).

About the Role
We’re seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This is a hands on role that works closely with operations to provide insightful financial reporting, analysis, and support across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts
- Deliver gross margin, KPI, and variance analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and weekly cash flow reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards
- Support internal controls, reconciliations, and governance
- Mentor and manage junior finance staff
- Contribute to system improvements and finance transformation projects
Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CMA, or ICAEW)
- 3+ years of experience in operational finance (ideally in Energy or Construction)
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and attention to detail
- A strong business partner skill set, communication is key to the success of this role
