Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational finance, preferably in Energy or Construction.
• Chartered Accounting qualification required (CIMA, ACCA, CMA, ICAEW).

About the Role

We’re seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This is a hands on role that works closely with operations to provide insightful financial reporting, analysis, and support across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts
• Deliver gross margin, KPI, and variance analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and weekly cash flow reporting
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards
• Support internal controls, reconciliations, and governance
• Mentor and manage junior finance staff
• Contribute to system improvements and finance transformation projects

Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CMA, or ICAEW)
• 3+ years of experience in operational finance (ideally in Energy or Construction)
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and attention to detail
