  • Manage day-to-day operations including Import/Export Documents Control and Issuance of Certificates of Origin.
  • Coordinate with local shipping companies for both Land and Sea Freight logistics.
  • Conduct inventory control and ensure efficient logistics management.
  • Handle supply chain management tasks effectively.
  • Perform administrative duties such as record-keeping, organizing documentation, and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Shipping Documents Control with a strong understanding of Import/Export Documentation.
  • Demonstrated skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management.
  • Effective administration abilities including meticulous record-keeping and documentation organization.
  • Strong communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a global team environment.
  • Experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
