Responsibilities include:

1. Providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope of joinery, wooden and fit-out works.
2. Preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders while utilizing estimating software and industry knowledge.
3. Delivering quality estimates, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with project procedures for infrastructure and landscape projects.
4. Developing detailed cost estimates based on project specifications and drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
5. Analyzing tender documents, preparing BOQs, managing procurement plans, and ensuring accurate pricing while requiring strong communication and negotiation skills.
6. Responsible for accurate cost estimation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, collaborating with vendors, analyzing costs, and ensuring compliance.

Seeking a candidate with an engineering degree and interior fit-out background for site engineering and project roles.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimation within the Events/Exhibition industry; the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling events/exhibition projects.
