Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical Sr. Analyst - Corporate Finance to support financial planning, valuation, and investment decisions. The role involves financial modeling, M&A transactions, risk analysis, and capital strategies, requiring a strong understanding of corporate finance principles and market research.

  • Develop and refine complex financial models for investment decisions and business valuation.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to inform corporate strategy and M&A opportunities.
  • Lead debt and equity financing initiatives, engaging with financial institutions and partners.
  • Assess and optimize capital structure and refinancing strategies.
  • Manage due diligence processes, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Analyze financial statements and macroeconomic trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare transaction materials such as investment memorandums, reports, and presentations.
  • Improve treasury functions through liquidity management and working capital optimization.
  • Perform sensitivity analyses and stress tests to ensure financial resilience.
  • Collaborate with teams to evaluate project feasibility and develop business cases.
  • Provide financial risk reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs and update investment frameworks and models.
  • Support investor relations with financial reports and market analysis.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in financial modeling.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field from a top-tier institution.
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or CA are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or advisory roles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and scenario analysis.
  • Experience with M&A deal execution, due diligence, and risk management.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, debt structuring, and financial instruments.
  • Expertise in Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Capital IQ, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex insights to executives.
  • Understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with structured finance instruments and ERP systems.
