Requirements:
- High level of proficiency in computer office software (MS Office) and Head hunting.
- Fluent in English and Arbic (speak, write and read).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establish working relationships with department heads to determine manpower needs and manage the sourcing processes for all departments/ branches/ divisions.
- Devise, run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, psychometric and behavioral assessments.
- Advise hiring managers on best practice recruitment and selection.
- Conduct job analysis process, resulting in revised role profiles for all positions.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns, strategically targeting specific candidate pool.
- Screen application forms and short-listing applicants.
- Source and manage all aspects of recruitment sub-contractors (contracts, candidate management, payments, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
- Maintain and manage recruitment database, systems and software with specific focus on recruitment pipeline for all prospects and candidates.
- Assist to monitor and maintain Recruitment Budget.
- Manage all recruitment service providers and agencies.
- Ensure the most effective and appropriate sourcing methods (e.g. search, contingencies, advertisements, etc)
- Manage recruitment targets to achieve recruitment KPI’s for the different business units.
Salary Range AED 5,000-8,000
