Requirements:

  • High level of proficiency in computer office software (MS Office) and Head hunting.
  • Fluent in English and Arbic (speak, write and read).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Establish working relationships with department heads to determine manpower needs and manage the sourcing processes for all departments/ branches/ divisions.
  • Devise, run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, psychometric and behavioral assessments.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practice recruitment and selection.
  • Conduct job analysis process, resulting in revised role profiles for all positions.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns, strategically targeting specific candidate pool.
  • Screen application forms and short-listing applicants.
  • Source and manage all aspects of recruitment sub-contractors (contracts, candidate management, payments, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
  • Maintain and manage recruitment database, systems and software with specific focus on recruitment pipeline for all prospects and candidates.
  • Assist to monitor and maintain Recruitment Budget.
  • Manage all recruitment service providers and agencies.
  • Ensure the most effective and appropriate sourcing methods (e.g. search, contingencies, advertisements, etc)
  • Manage recruitment targets to achieve recruitment KPI’s for the different business units.

Salary Range AED 5,000-8,000
