The person will work in close contact with a team composed of three people and will support the Resident Manager by performing the following activities:
- Interfacing with project stakeholders (architects, suppliers, agents, clients) for requests of technical information about the project to be acquired, both in office or on site.
- Checking and verifying the technical specifications provided by the stakeholders.
- Dealing with client requests and identifying feasible solutions.
- Submitting offers and identifying possible critical issues (technical, commercial, etc.).
- Joining meetings with other company functions involved in project management.
- Taking care of material submittals and approvals once the project is awarded.
Requirements:
- Wellness & Spa related experience is a must.
- 3 years’ work experience in the role of Designer in companies working on projects.
- Languages: English – Tagalog – Arabic.
- Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD.
- Availability for frequent business travels around GCC countries.
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Mechanical Engineering background with a technical-commercial approach.
- Autonomy and decision-making skills.
Education: Degree in the scope of Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
