Job description

Identify and approach potential customers, including dealers, contractors, architects, builders, and project managers.

  • Promote and sell a wide range of sanitaryware products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close deals.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and management to develop business growth strategies.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the sanitaryware or building materials industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively for client meetings.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • A valid driver’s license.
