Salary: 30K–37K AED/month + equity + lunch card

We're looking for a Partnerships Team Lead to take charge of a growing team focused on building strategic relationships with game developers, app publishers, and monetisation experts. This is your opportunity to play a central role in scaling cutting-edge audio advertising solutions across the mobile ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and mentoring a team of Partnerships Managers to hit team and company KPIs

Owning relationships with Founders, Game Designers, Monetisation Managers & PMs

Creating strategies to drive platform adoption across gaming and app ecosystems

Negotiating partnership deals and contracts that move the needle

Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver results

Representing the company at industry events and building brand visibility

Keeping an eye on market trends, competitor moves, and emerging tech

What we’re looking for:

5+ years in games/app monetisation, ideally from the developer side

Background working in or with game studios

Proven success in building commercial partnerships in ad monetisation

Strong leadership skills – you know how to inspire and drive performance

Great communicator, skilled negotiator, and relationship builder

A strategic, data-informed thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments

Passionate about gaming, tech, and digital advertising
