JOB TITLE

Officer - Quality | MAF Retail | Head Office UAE

Role Summary
The Associate - Quality is responsible for the coordination of all activities with the quality service providers, the Private Label function, managing all customer complaints, recalling communication with the stores & products, and communicating the Audit results and lab non-conformities to the concerned PL Quality Manager to generate a proper action plan.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Follow up on Quality processes associated with the development and monitoring of products, Lab analysis, Audits, and customer complaints.
  • Support Private Label development by revising technical documents related to Private Label development in MAF operating countries & ensure compliance with Carrefour quality policy & local regulation.
  • Maintain good communication with other quality teams in the stores and authorities to guarantee the professional image of the department.
  • Maintain good communication with quality service providers to ensure the professional image of the company.
  • Prepare periodical reports regarding quality activities as per direction.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team regarding Local authorities’ registration for CRF products.
  • Manage customer complaints, recalls, and investigations at store/warehouse level.
  • Communicate with Private Label / CRF France teams on customer complaints and lab analysis non-conformities, and follow up on corrective action plans along with supportive technical documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of preferred experience in Retail.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong business communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Suite.
