Location: Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and amend construction-related contracts, ensuring they align with the company’s interests and legal requirements.
• Identify contractual risks and issue formal notification letters when necessary.
• Oversee legal formalities related to litigation, particularly within the Ras Al Khaimah court system, known for its efficiency.
• Submit legal memos and documentation as required.
• Serve as a point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients and manage matters related to local legal procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, reporting directly to the Human Resources department.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of legal experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in construction law.
• A minimum of 3 years in the most recent role, demonstrating stability and commitment.
• Strong experience in contract management within the construction sector.
• Knowledge of UAE legal systems, particularly court procedures in Ras Al Khaimah.
• Must be based in the United Arab Emirates or open to relocation.
• Fluent in Arabic (native level) and fluent in English.
