Responsibilities

  • Provide a Compliance Function in the division.
  • Conduct regular assessments on compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Ensure consistent and transparent governance is maintained.
  • Facilitate negotiations and implementation of SLAs with service providers.
  • Identify and treat compliance risk properly.

  • Conducting regular assessments on the Division's status of compliance on regulatory and legal requirements
  • Ensure that consistent and transparent Governance is maintained.
  • Facilitate the negotiations and implementation of SLAs with service providers.
  • Ensure proper identification and treatment of compliance risk.

Related Minimum Experience
