Location: Foreshore, Cape Town (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Salary: R20,000 R25,000 per month + Commission
Working Hours:

  • UK Winter: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM (SA Time)
  • UK Summer: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM (SA Time)
Role Overview

We seek a driven and confident Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with warm leads, including clients who have made inbound inquiries or interacted with us previously but did not proceed. The ideal candidate will have a clear English accent, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

You will manage and close smaller deals independently while handing over larger deals to our UK-based sales team for further development. This position offers significant growth and earning potential for a motivated sales professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with warm leads via phone and email, re-engaging past clients and following up on previous inquiries
  • Confidently manage and close smaller deals independently
  • Identify and hand over larger deals to the UK-based sales team
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
  • Work closely with the UK team to ensure smooth client handovers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of the sales department
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial finance (experience in the UK market is highly desirable)
  • Previous experience in lending or commercial finance is essential
  • Strong communication and phone presence, with a clear English first-language accent
  • Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize follow-ups effectively
  • Sales-driven, proactive, and highly motivated
  • A team player who collaborates well with both local and international colleagues
Preferred Background

We are specifically looking for younger candidates in their 20s who are driven, hungry, and eager to succeed in sales. Candidates from similar companies, such as LULA, would be a great fit.
