About the Job: Recruitment and EOR Specialist

Position: Recruitment and EOR Specialist

Location: Remote

Salary: R15000 basic + good commissions

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) Specialist to join our team. The role involves business development for our EOR services, which provide South African employees to clients in the US, UK, and Australia. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hunting for clients in the UK and marketing our EOR services to them.
  • Recruiting South African employees for international clients and earning commissions on placements.
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring successful service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, a good understanding of business processes, and familiarity with South African legislation and contracts. Experience with CRMs and ATSs is required. This role combines sales, client management, and team leadership.

You will be part of a 10-person team and will be trained to manage and mentor 5-10 less experienced Recruiter and EOR Specialists once proficient in your role. We value sales talent, recruitment success, and management skills.

Training and support will be provided during the first 3 months. We are looking for a committed professional with a proven track record in recruitment and sales. Compensation includes commissions from placements, EOR employee management, and team turnover once established.

Tools of the trade, including a fast internet connection and inverter, will be provided.
