Purpose

Drive sales of products and services, maintain customer relationships, and ensure exceptional service to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales (50%) Generate leads, negotiate deals, and grow the client base. Track sales performance and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Stock Control (10%) Work with the warehouse to ensure stock availability, monitor customer buying patterns, and assist with stock forecasting.
  • Compliance (10%) Adhere to regulations, report risks, and ensure financial integrity.
  • Customer Service (20%) Provide product training, resolve queries, and maintain accurate customer information.
  • Cost Control (10%) Optimize company resources, monitor pricing structures, and manage gross profit.
Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma (NQF 6) or Certificate (NQF 5) in Sales or a related field.
