Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle are essential.
• Reside in the northern suburbs of Cape Town.

• Retaining all clients and servicing clients in all IR issues.
• Chairing disciplinary inquiries and drafting judgments.
• Representing at CCMA and managing strikes.

We currently have an exciting position available for an Industrial Relations/Labour Consultant, to be based at our client's offices in Bellville.

Duties & Responsibilities

You are responsible for, but not limited to:

• Retaining all clients and servicing clients in all IR issues.
• Attending to typical IR issues, including:

• Chairing disciplinary inquiries.
• Drafting judgments for clients.
• Assisting with issuing warnings to ensure compliance.
• Drafting and implementing policies.
• Representing at CCMA.
• Managing strikes.
• Handling retrenchments.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a customer-first mindset and the following skills:

• B. Degree or equivalent in HR/IR/LLB or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations.
